This project was conceived with the intention of transforming the natural character of the land into an architectural language. One of the key design decisions was to directly reference the texture of the site itself through the stone material used on both the ground and the facade. In this way, the building establishes a strong connection with its surroundings while gaining a timeless and local identity.
Large glass surfaces and openings minimize the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces, allowing controlled natural light to enter throughout the day. The massing of the building carefully considers both horizontal and vertical balance, while terraces and seating areas positioned at different levels diversify the use of outdoor spaces.
Fireplaces and seating units placed within semi-open areas are designed as important focal points that bring social life outdoors. The use of natural stone in the flooring is not only an aesthetic decision but also part of a broader sustainability approach. Reusing materials sourced from the site reduces the environmental impact of the project while strengthening the spatial integrity of the design.
